Carlton ships to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
Delivery is free on every order. There is no minimum spend and no surcharge at checkout.
Orders placed before the daily cut-off are dispatched the next working day. Nothing leaves the warehouse at weekends or on public holidays, so an order placed on Friday afternoon is dispatched on Monday.
Once dispatched, delivery normally takes 5-8 working days. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves us.
Delivery times are estimates. Weather, strikes and seasonal peaks can delay a courier, and those delays are outside our control.
Razor blades are age-restricted in the United Kingdom under the Offensive Weapons Act 2019. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or over.
Your age is checked at the door by the courier. The parcel is handed only to someone aged 18 or over who can show valid photographic ID. It cannot be left in a safe place, with a neighbour, in a locker or at a parcel shop.
If nobody of age is available, the courier will attempt redelivery. After failed attempts the parcel returns to us and we refund the order minus the return carriage.
Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange a second dispatch, which is chargeable.
If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, email contact@trycarlton.com within 30 days of the dispatch date and we will investigate with the courier and put it right.
